In fact it made me a little nervous on first sight that I might be 'activated'. But the Laureato writing and 'automatic' kills the dial for me on all of them. I'm a minimalist. But would I enjoy this watch if it was given to me to wear for the rest of my ... 

and it's aligned with the historic models. For the movement, the current 42mm has the larger new Caliber 01800 and if I look at AP and PP prices, I think GP Laureato is a bargain, but that's relative of course. CC
