Lug width Sea Hawk II 40mm Ref. 4992
The lug width of the Ref 4992 is 20mm. But you could easily fit a 21mm strap. Curved spring bars depends on whether you want a strait or curved end on the strap. It looks good on curved end. The usual after market companies like ABP and CF will manufacture to your specifications. Or you can find a bracelet which is also very appropriate for the model.

I only have a 49910, but I have to assume it has the same strap size, although I'm not 100% sure about the 40mm version. Standard Strap is 21mm with 19mm buckle and curved at the lugs. I don't think a straight strap will fit very well due to the placement...
