Here's my Gyromatic, if only it had a quickset feature for the date. Unless it is only behind by a couple of days I usually just wear it and don't set to the correct date as it takes to long iff you are several days, or more behind. This one is on a black...  

Here's mine on a brown lizard strap. Makes my fingers sore to change the date although I do have a crown turning tool, which helps. Turning the crown in either direction moves the date backwards or forwards, so maximum date change need only be 16 days. Lo...  

if need to to get to the correct date?? No damage to the movement to do this? I've always been somewhat afraid to move it backwards so I never did.

That sharp bevelling on the side case still intact! Cool bracelet as well...! And that minute marker in v's is pretty fun to watch (pun not intended)! 😄 I'm interested to have a gyromatic in my collection, but seems pretty hard to find here in the neighbo...
