Yes agree, straps are fun but with their downside in tropical Singapore. It also rains quite unexpectedly and I have a clamshell travel case in the car.
We also eat a lot of messy noodle dishes here, so there tend to be lots of “splash” when hungry.
I’ve start used silicon straps but yet to try it on the salmon dial. Will try it out and send some pics.
I do change them around. Key thing is being able to change bracelets out easily. I have a watch pliers which makes it “easy“ once you know how.
For now, I’m wearing the new Traveller 2 black dial with a white leather strap. Just for a change.
