That your appreciation of the newer pieces has cooled down somewhat in the last years? 🤷🏻‍♂️

While I appreciate, for example, the use of a hand for the leap year (like in the Perpetual Navigator) and the nice applied roman numbers, or the new base caliber (very nice indeed), I don't have the same feeling for the increasing of the diameter from 40...

In its humble simplicity it has quickly become one of my favorite watches: remarkable robustness, precision, immediate date visibility, compact dimensions and a versatile design that adapts to almost any circumstance.

I love this GO. Very interesting... does it take this long (a month or so) for this change? Will the dot be completely black around 1-Janunary?

Does it stay half/half for the entire month of December? So it has 8 states in the 4 year cycle. This itself is a complication.
