Blemished dial

I am currently looking at purchasing a PanoGraph. The particular example I am considering has a tiny blemish on the dial--really only visible on very close visual inspection at the correct angle or with a loupe. If one looks at the dial straight on it has the same even texture that the rest of the dial has, but when viewed at the proper angle it looks like a small peak or bubble.

Let me state that without glasses, the focal point of my eyes is much closer than most people I know, so I am able to hold the dial closer and see things others might not be able to see with the naked eye. I think that fact has made me even more particular in nature than I otherwise would be. That being said, I'm not even sure I would have noticed it had I not pulled out my 4x loupe for a look.

So the question is, should I be concerned? I love the watch, and this is the only flaw I can find in an otherwise mint piece. Should I expect perfection? I assume that should the flaw get any worse or annoy me too much then I could get it repaired by Glashütte. General thoughts?
