I would only complain about the abundance and
organization of the text. Lots of writing scattered about. I would put the word "chronometer" on the sub seconds dial, and "Glashutte" between the center of the watch and the date.
That criticism aside, the watch is gorgeous, and would not stop me from buying one. Definitely my favorite release from all manufacturers this year that I could possibly afford.
The best this year!

Thanks for posting these photos, Art. This is my favorite watch launched this year from any brand. It is truly a beauty. I cannot wait to see one in the metal. Any idea when they will start hitting the ADs? I would love to see this released in stainless s...

So very greedy, my friend! Having seen the Duometre myself as well, I can't imagine it being supplanted by the GO, but who knows once I see that one in the metal and play with it. Now they would make a nice pair! Cheers, respo

...it brings tears to the eyes. Art, I'm with you. This is a grail watch if I ever saw one. A perfectly laid-out dial, a movement that is fanciful in its decoration on the balance cock and employment of swan's neck regulator, yet strong and purposeful in ...

...agree with your assesment of this fine new model. This is a wonderful "high" expression of German watchmaking tradition (of which I am a great fan). I must have one, someday! Thanks for another great post. This message has been edited by glickman on 20...

While viewing your pics of this G.O Beauty. This one is in my book, with the PanoInverse and maybe, the Rattrapante... Pure G.O DNA, to me. I'm absolutely in love and admiration in front of such a piece. Thanks for sharing this slice of Dream. Best, Nicol...

As I really " need " a Rattrapante to close my Chronograph collection. And I also fell in love with the PanoInverse. So many choices, my friend... But the Chronometer is really tempting, as I deeply admire this " Horlogerie de précision ". Best, nico...

I truly appreciate what Glashutte Original has done with this piece to make it what it is today. The careful thought invested into this piece makes this (in my opinion) the current hallmark of the Glashutte Original brand. And just watching the planetary ...

I was very lucky in April and had the chance to try on a RG Senator Chronometer. I loved it! Even though it has a (relatively spoken) moderate pricing, it feels like the crown on the G.O. model range. Maybe this is because it concentrates almost entirely ...

But through a friend from an AD was told this summer. So I'm hoping for a few months. I will look forward to any more concrete information you can provide. As you can surmise, I am rather interested in this watch. I have never owned a GO, but a close frie...
