Brilliant report Foversta - great watches. The history of the Opus series is
not just in the watches, but in the wider effects that the Opus series has had on the Swiss watch industry. The names and watches that were produced propelled the artisan watchmaker to a more visible career. The uniqueness of the Opus watch opened up a more visible international stage upon which the watchmaker concerned could build their own product. HW Opus has been a catalyst to the independent watchmakers, and your article illustrates that.
Great article, really enjoyed the photos and the commentary and the reflection on what the Opus series has been.
Thanks

Great post, FX! Seeing all the Opus watches together is pretty amazing. Not to mention the associated watchmakers. I enjoyed seeing your photo of the Midnight Minute Repeater also, a watch we never see on the forum! Thanks for a great read! Cheers, Daos
