How many watches did you buy this year?
With lockdown, establishments closed, movement restrictions, working from home and everything else that happened this year, did it affect your buying habits or were you able to acquire the watches you wanted in spite of the difficulties?
I have been cautious this year
Mostly due to the stock market crash in March instead of practical difficulties to walk through shops. >> I only bought one small 'fun' watch
Zero - have been concentrating on other things during this working from home lockdown:

I got 3 watches a GS, Sub and Tudor and sold 1. Hopefully if the snoopy arrives by the end of the year there will be another.
Hopefully next year the AD will also tell me those 2 other rolex I have on order have come in! Won't hold my breath. Cheers S

either that or I am just plain ruthless!! I shall keep the Glashutte Original, Piece unique Grossmann, the Lang & Heyne Friedrich III and the Patek 7200R. More than enough to keep me happy!

so far my experience has been good
although I am lucky to have an important watch auction house in the city where I work so I can go and have a look before. My experience with Sotheby's has also been good. Of course, YMMV! Best Andreas

I did the same. You just have to be careful not to accidentally sell the "wrong" watch every now and then. βWrongβ in this case means that you are going to regret the sale afterwards. Best Thomas
