[Advice] Thinking of getting a dress piece...

And I'd love your input. Here are some things to consider:

* Will be travelling soon to NYC and want to purchase new

* Budget is USD 18-20K (including NYC taxes)

* Would prefer a rose gold piece, but I'm open to steel and white gold

* I'm inclined to Grand Seiko and Lange, but also open to other brands

* Symmetrical dials are my thing

Thinking of the Saxonia Boutique Edition 216.033 but I feel there's more complications-per-buck out there at that price range. Thoughts? I'm rebooting my collection with most of the aforementioned criteria on mind.

They had a surprising number of boutique edition dials (gray) that looked wonderful with their rose gold case. You don't see those that often, so it is worth stopping by.

Stretch a little and go with the new Saxonia Copper Blue.

a Golden Ellipse 3738 R or 3738 J, if you can source one from and AD or the Patek Boutique. The Ellipse 3738 has just left the collection and maybe you can still find one at an AD (with good discounts, possibly). It is Patek's thinnest watch, even thinner...
