Do you manually wind automatic watches?
I currently have two automatic watches and every morning I use to wind both of them: just a few turns of the crown for the watch I want to wear all day long while I make the other one fully wound.
It's many years I got this practice and "feeding" my watches became pure delight, but I'm not so sure they appreciate too. Both the user's guides don't tell anithing about this, so I'm asking you: daily and long term manually wind could cause mechanical damages to automatic watches?
Thank you!

I have an Omega Seamaster Pro chronometer with the ETA2892A2/Omega 1120 movement, and I wind it up manually once a week or whenever it needs adjusting or date adjusted, but it's very accurate and I wear it everyday, so it doesn't need to be manually wound...

I manually wind whatever watch I'm wearing in the morning even if it's an automatic. It has become a morning ritual for me. If it's introduces more wear and tear to the watch, I really don't care because I get enjoyment manually winding it. - AT
