I had the Croton version which was identical ....
from 1968 - 1971. It labored through 3 years on the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey.
That really is a stunning looking Nivada Grenchen CASD Valjoux 23.
I think this is one of the better reissues out there from any company and the fact it runs on a Valjoux 23 just makes it that extra bit special IMHO. Marc
