........kidding. I did my private pilot license many years back when living in NL (Hilversum Airstrip) and this is the way we did our flight calculations back then. And I was a member of AOPA. And I never liked the pandas, so I always knew it had to be the all-black AOPa version.

I have had a question about tritium dials for sometime now,
I wonder when they have been disallowed and if there are any concrete rules that forbid them?
That is a shame, tritium itself is mostly harmless in watch application and tritium patina is a thing of beauty.
I wonder if there are regulations that govern the use of tritium or whether it is by the watchmaker's own discretion that they do not use tritium?
Limited to 1959 units...

I clearly like the fact that tried their best to stick to the original while putting some modern confort on it (calibrer with more power reserve, a bit of water-resistance etc.). I put myself on the Paris' boutique. Let's see what comes out of it

It depends, Mostel. IF it houses a new manual winding in house movement, that would be a great point. If no date, this is another good point. In my opinion, there is some place for innovative watches, and re edtions.
Now, if you stick only to re editions, yes, it can't be very interesting... I agree. But if you take both ways, why not? Best, Nicolas
