Like you, not really following Breitling, but I do dream of getting an 806 soon. I was this close to getting one in London a couple of months ago, similar to yours. but I am holding out in favour of hopefully finding one with the black dial and black subdials. I believe these date to 1959 and 1960. And finding one with little, or rich and evenly distributed patina is not so easy. I love the case, and that the plexiglass goes right to the edge. Congratulations Sir, on a fine example.
