this is my 5000th post in 2 1/2 years. I hope that most of my posts have been of interest or have contained a constructive comment as that is my main aim, to learn from others and to pass on the knowledge i have. For this milestone i wanted to do somethin...

although 11 years younger I can feel the power of 64 It has been pleasure knowing you virtually (I hope this will change soon) this 2.5 years and knowing how much passion is needed to post 5000 in such period cos i didn't get to 2K in same time frame ))) ...

Thanks for sharing this and some wonderful timepieces. That Seiko chrono is really something (they might want to buy it from you if they dont have one in their museum and you may have an Alaska project type story to tell). I don't know whether this comes ... 

thanks Damien, its a pleasure to share my pieces with likeminded people. the seiko chrono is very nice and readily available. i've seen 5 in the last 6 weeks. so there are probably several examples in the Seiko museum if they have one. a watch from your b... 

BIG congrats on 5000 (5029 now already..!!) and what a collection from 64..!! Didn't think you had so many from that year. I'm seriously considering a Speedy at the moment and keep getting drawn to the display back model..!! Will speak to you about it soo...
