Power-Windowshopping in Vienna by Marcus Hanke This week I had to spend in Vienna, with my students. Our days were filled with lectures and excursions to the stock market, the national bank, and all those places that are of interest for future economy and...
. . . in watch stores, poring over the most exalted models for the first time, and unexpectedly finding treasure in simpler fare. I think you're the fourth moderator to succumb to the charms of the Longines Diver . . . cordially, Art
I have a big weakness for this watch, my friend. And you will see, you will enjoy it more and more with Time passing. Big, big congrats, Marcus. Best, Nicolas
... although I have to admit that I have barely worn it at all, toll now. Currently, my wrist is reserved solely for another watch, my most favourite watch of all times. Regards, Marcus
Your story reminded me of a Longines Conquest Chrono with a red seconds hand I saw at a store in my hometown almost 20 years ago – I will never forget it. It wasn’t a “common” vision around here, but things got worse – Swiss mechanical watches are even ra...
That is a handsome looking watch, and that was a good story. I like your new watch review categoriees a lot. Perhaps we could adopt them for future reviews. Cheers, respo

... I thought, when reading your witty and humerous report on your Vienna powershopping experience: not another purist how becomes crazy about this Longines Legend Diver watch on this site! As two well-known members of this forum (do I really have to tell...
Annoying commuters with the sharp edges of your box.....hmmm.....I may have to rescind your PuristS powers for a while....or make you say 3 Hail Marys in penance. But then, what to expect from a man who likes....black..... BTW, nice watch for Daddy. Regar...
