Hands down the JLC Duometre.
You don't show us the movement of the Vacheron but knowing the beauty and uniqueness of the JLC I would have to say the VC would have to go a long way to match the technology, the uniqueness and the finishing of the JLC.
The dial layout, again the JLC wins although a chronic issue with the JLC duometre chronograph is that the time is on the left side of the dial and therefore way under the cuff when worn conventionally on the left wrist. The other duometre models got it right with the time dial on there right side of the dial and more accessible under the cuff.
The case of the VC is a bit more interesting.
Just my unbiased opinion.
Cheers.
