It is a little surprising...
...that the VC is considered expensive, and more so than the JLC. The 'regular' Malte chrono is such a wonderful, low key, elegant piece. This boutique version takes it to a different place - the sporty look - but not in a way which is unacceptable. As it will likely be a low production number, and as VC has at least as compelling a standing as JLC, it would be difficult to go past the VC. However: 'both' works as well!

At the same price, I would definitely go for the JLC. And I will probably first go for the JLC. But I can't resist to these red touches, this small detail which I didn't like at first sight! Best, my friend. Nicolas
