I'd say 2 expressions of Classicism
As they both really are 2 odes to Traditionnal Horology, with different styles and complications, but sharing the same philosophy.
Like you, I compared the Duo Metre to a Lange Chrongraph, but not the 1815, actually, but the Datograph.
I like them both, as they share a common thing, which I'd call Excellence.
