Horological Meandering

I have to still 'respectfully disagree'

"Dr. Oechslin has judged the PMG watch as being the most complicated wrist watch ever built. Period."

Indeed, this is what he said in 2003.
Now we are talking about a 'new' watch created in 2006, and I have not read any comments from any 'authoritative expert' comparing the two watches.

I am not one of these authoritative experts, so I will not myself make a judgement on which is 'the most complicated'.

V&C tour de l'ile had 16 complications, Reverso Triptyque has 18.
I would very much like how many complications an 'expert' would award the PMG

In all honesty, I really prefer the PMG wristwatch vs the Reverso triptyque (which has less complex complications, a less 'unique' background, and which is also too much oversized while the PMG is still wearable).

But I still think that this JLC bashing ("I hate these jokers") about the so-called complication battle is unfair and that the polemic on which one is the most complicated is futile
