...the answer is going to vary depending upon brand and model; just like servicing on "normal" watches can run the gamut.  There's no way to just give a baseline cost (i.e. single axis tourbillons will cost $xxxx to fix).

Ease of servicing, and future ability to service are definite factors for me when considering a watch.
