...the way the second hand moves in these Spring Drives? I agree with what you wrote about being able to spend hours watching it glide around the dial. I just went to a local AD yesterday to fool around with some Seiko Spring Drives, and I'm always amazed by the smooth motion. I read an article not too long ago that featured this watch and remember thinking it was lovely, although tough for me to tell time with it. I like the flower cutout on the spring barrel cover. The sound of the chimes from the video you linked us to are very lovely! Thanks for the live pictures of this piece!

So, I saw it in Paris...
Because the watch was ordered by a client who lives in France. The shop called me just before giving the watch to his happy owner. So I don't know now where it will be possible to see it "in flesh". Fr.Xavier
