JLC has several that would work; Chopard LUC is also excellent
I disagree with those who say you can't meet all three criteria. You would have no problem satisfying your requirements with several models of JLC Master Control, including the Hometime, which I had and which is an absolutely superb watch. (Assuming you don't pay MSRP, of course, but still available new or grey or used.)
The Chopard LUC Sport 2000 is also an excellent choice, and the movement is very interesting. In addition, it is also an excellent sport watch (making it more versatile than the JLCs).
Any other criteria?

bonatto, Three of your selection crieria are mutually exclusive. Price vs Avoid ETA vs Fine Finish. For 2 out of 3; you could consider a Grand Seiko or a Chinese-made watch........but hey......most parts start of in China anyway Regards, MTF
