Personally, I am less than convinced... I simply see no need for another 'take a defunct obscure watchmaker (OK, in this case Mr Czapek is at least a bit known) and try if we can sell it' project.
I guess a more self-confident approach with the name of the people behind would have been helpful.
Further, while aesthetically pleasing, it offers no 'must have' feature, neither in design nor in technology. Being pleasing is not enough these days, as is an 'in-house' movement.
Thus, I simply guess that the new brand does not provide sufficient opportunity where watch lovers can rub their chests on...

P.S.: I applaud your enthusiasm and understand your frustration very well. Having myself been 'accused' by brands to be too critical I thought I'd better be not the first to comment...
