Hi Bob, I have several Chronoswiss (Regulateur, Opus, ex-Orea ) and have had both straps and bracelet. The downside of the bracelet is an inability to fit it correctly - mine came with all links but there are no half-links, thus the Opus is always too loo...  

What about a Chronoswiss OEM gator in Bordeaux? I have not seen the hue of the hands in person.

Thanks...more violet than burgundy. I will try to get some images of the hands when it arrives. I don't think I would go for a matching strap. I think that might be distracting being so chromatic (my taste). The dial is primarily black with antique white,...

for what it's worth, I'm a fan of the chronoscope. Gerd Lang is arguably a chrono cognoscenti and expert and this baby is his creation. I like - the classic elegant and stealth look (most people won't know it's a chrono) - the heated wine/brown hands, alt... 

I definitely will if I go that route. The bracelet is a very expensive experiment, so I am giving it a good think. It may work or it may detract.

Btw, I have same watch, but with the cut out dial. I find the Enicar caliber kinda "rough" and the mono pusher a little stiff. Let me know how yours feel when activating the chrono. Congrats, Horo
