Similar Thoughts....
Emil,
The watch will never see more water than the occasional rain drop or sink splash being a 30 meter WR watch. The heat factor is a good one (it does get sticky here in the NE USA during the summer) and it would be aesthetically different as you say (my thoughts as well). I am just wondering about the compatability of the aesthetic ccombination of an classically styled black and white regulateur dial with a polished, dress bracelet? I know that it will look good with a black gator strap with a contrasting stitch (to mirror the dial) but a polished bracelet might be an expensive "no". This of course is an aesthetic judgement and there is no yes/no answer. Hence my sollicitation of knowledgeable opinions.
Thanks again, for sharing your thoughts.
Bob

for what it's worth, I'm a fan of the chronoscope. Gerd Lang is arguably a chrono cognoscenti and expert and this baby is his creation. I like - the classic elegant and stealth look (most people won't know it's a chrono) - the heated wine/brown hands, alt...
