love the MB&F, that blue dial really speaks to me. The FPJ kinda flys under the radar, don’t see enough of those. Crazy Rolex bracelet , would love to know more of that story. Jay, you know I’m stalking you & your RG…gonna need to get a restraint ...

glad you can laugh at the restraining order, it’s the only thing keeping me from finding you ;-) What does RG call how the dial is cut at the bottom to expose the movement, is that considered open worked? Just curious.

Someone else can explain in details but my understanding is that it’s insurance, liability and so on.

I am part of a local meet up group here and the founders have had to do a LOT of work to find venues that are secure + vet people, etc.

I think one mostly needs private rooms, closed attendee lists etc. The group above is mostly a closed group; we have been meeting for several years.

I didn’t think anyone did that besides FPJ.

At least I know that gear train is gold, don’t know about the bridges, need to research.

But the movements were available in either this yellow gold or rhodium plated finish. The watch is super light, this one a titanium case, and thin at less than 10mm. It wears really really well even on my smaller wrist. One of those watches I would love t... 

I must admit at the time when I looked at press photos of Akrivia AK-06 it didn’t looked like much, the case design was not to my liking either, after seeing your photos and the depth of the dial and shape of the case, the beautiful movement, I understood... 

The newer pieces are cool but I think hiding the amazing and unique style of finishing under a dial is a shame.

Lets see what Rexhep has got under his sleeve for the future 🙏🏻 don’t think the case design from the AK line will be discontinued for now.
