Tbh i always been a bit scared with the PCs around this jump . The Davinci,s i had failed a few times during the years i had them 😬. Others didn’t

and the Moser (!) were as fast as a whirlwind. And I’ve actually never had any issues with the IWCs. I think it’s simply a matter of luck. There are always “Monday watches” everywhere.

Informative and fun. The fact your better half is not only willing to put up with your hobby but also help you take pictures at midnight is a strong statement! ;-)

That night I felt like a juggler whose balls were all about to hit the floor at the same time. Luckily, I had the IWC Eternity (the most expensive piece) safely on my wrist. 😁🙏 I put her on the wrist just a few seconds before taking all the photos. That’s... 

The photo quality doesn’t matter nearly as much as the story and the differences between watches 😊👍🏻 Wish watch magazines and ‘professional writers’ did more comparisons like this 😊🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks again 👍🏻🙏🏻

I had to laugh out loud a the, "sit down comfortably, line up the watches, proceed in perfect light and relaxed conditions" part, since that sounds a lot like me during a new watch unboxing. Sometimes I add some classical music to the background to comple...

My favourite watch out of those is easily your IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendar Eternity and I found it very interesting that the IWC's changed instantly whilst the Blancpain took its time which I found a little disappointing. Marc

By the way: Stephan, a friend of mine and also a WIS, told me that evening, that his 3970 takes 3 hours to adjust… I have no idea with whether this is standard or only the case with his personal watch. All the best Thomas

Ironically 3 of the 4 PCs I own are currently in for service - and I couldn’t be bothered to check the 4th. I’ll go take a look now 🤣

I checked the one I have in my house, my Habring2 and thankfully it worked 😁. My other three are in the bank vault right now unfortunately. Your IWC Eternal is a favorite of mine 👍
