My practice is to ...
... wind them all monthly. I also actuate pushers on chronographs and set dates, just to keep those mechanisms moving. I also turn them into a different resting position: upside down or on their side. You don't want gravity influencing the position of oils if they are in the same position for months on end. Of course the best place is on the wrist, but unfortunately we only have two of those.
