Horological Meandering

nice problem to have

Earlier this year, on a trip to Tokyo, I tried (but do not own) the Credor, LF39 tourbillon, and the LF41 enamel, over two great watch-days.

The case fit of the Credor feels its 39mm size. The LF41 enamel 'fits smaller' than it looks, in the best possible way. By contrast, the LF39 tourbillon does not "sit" as well as the LF41, millimeter-for-millimeter (like boxers say "pound-for-pound"?) maybe because the tourbillon case is taller, and being a 'pebble', the taller the watch case, the more it rounds off at the top & bottom.

The LF tourbillon does not 'fit smaller' than it looks. I urge you to try the LF Tourbillon in 39 before you proceed. You can get away with the 39; but you are right to doubt the 41.

Happy Tourbillon hunting,
