Pictures of the 35mm Ludwig
I found time to take some quick snapshots yesterday. I'm very happy with it, because I was going for a more vintage look. I went to the AD and spent a half hour each with the 35 and 38. I looked in mirrors, felt the straps on my wrist, and was very well aware that most people here voted for the 38. And I respect that. But I went for the 35 anyway. It looked large enough, and was way more comfortable on wrist. I know what it is like to wear a large, flat white-dial dressy watch, such as the Portuguesers, and I even had a 49.2mm Omega Railmaster XXL. I really liked the look and the idea of those watches, but to tell you the truth, never found them comfortable to wear. They always looked better on someone else.
To my eyes, this Nomos looks just as good on me as it does sitting in the jeweler's tray!

Nomos 35 or 38?
I'm interested in two versions of the Nomos Ludwig handwound with Roman numerals. I was in the store for these photos. These aren't Ludwigs, I'm just trying on the only models they had. If you can judge just the size, that would help me out! I've asked on...
I had owned a Ludwig before
and opted for the 35mm version because I have a small wrist of about 6.5 inches. Yours being 7.25 inches begs for the 38mm version. I concur with my other purists. Do not be afraid of the long lugs!!
