Reminds me of my recent Breitling service experience… 🤦🏻‍♂️

 

They were supposed to clarify something with me and the sales assistant mistyped my email and got an error response but neither checked nor used my phone number that they had but just decided to wait until I would get back to them wondering where my watch was after months 🤷🏻‍♂️
