Swiss ceramic bezel insert supplier issue?
Has anyone else heard anything about this? 1.2.26, I order my AquaStar Benthos Heritage II Blue Edition. They quote me March delivery date. Radio silence from AquaStar about my order. 3.2.26, I reach out to them to inquire about the status of my order. They inform me they are having an issue with their Swiss ceramic bezel insert supplier , and delivery of my order will be delayed. So I ask, delayed 1 month, 2 months, 6 months? Their response: No ETA. Very disappointed they did not proactively reach out to me to inform me of this issue , so unfortunately I had to cancel my order. Is this an issue for smaller brands only, or has anyone heard anything about larger houses production being negatively impacted by this?
