Since my posts are mentioned, here is my tuppence
In my opinion most people who visit this page do so for education, for the pleasure of seeing the finest and also to share the timepieces that are a source of pride and joy. It is easy sometimes to forget that we are only discussing watches (wines, cars, photos...)
I stopped posting on WPS (the only place where I post anything) for years because it had become tense and unpleasant. WPS should be an example of both freedom of expression and civility.
I am sorry that Cap Scarlet's wonderful wrist shot of his 5980 is now gone forever from this forum, and I would like to be able to see it again at some point.
Let's move on and keep it civil.
