Didn’t owned a Casio before i got a Casioak for Xmas from my Boss .
Now i love them and own 4 😬. Keep looking at new colors etc 😉

When the Oak can’t be worn, there’s always the Casioak. Unfortunately since our dog came into our home, the beaters are becoming de rigeur..
These do not appeal to me, but..
I know they are quite popular among certain collectord.
No worries at all.
I can see that the aesthetics are not to everyone’s taste, but as beaters I can’t think of a more worry-free watch.
I was so excited when I got mine...
Until I discovered it was a pain in the rear to set... LOL! ...
Mine came set at Tokyo time...
... and all I had to do was change the city and the watch did the rest Looks great on your wrist!
Mine too was set to Tokyo time even though it was sold by Casio America in New Jersey
I had to go to a store for help on resetting it.
Having had experience with IKEA...
... I just followed the instructions step by step. Have learned that the hard way

I found the instructions to be un-intuitive. Add to that an LCD screen that's impossible to read, a completely pointless watch.
