The watch, I repeat, is a beauty. I love GMT watches (not the Rolex ones, for another reason). I believe that there was an informal collection of wrist sizes here in the past. A 46mm watch, even when the person has a giant wrist, is out of proportions, IM... 

...on my 6.6" wrist. Never thought I'd wear a watch this big, but it wears close to the wrist. Don't know how the case depth might differ between these two, but additional complications generally add more thickness....  

I was closely looking to the Breitling collection lately, especially the Transo, Navi and the SuperO Heritage. Then, when looking at the novelties, I thought I would put this one at the 1st place, even if the 46mm is too big for me. But surely the one I h...

is far too big to actually be in line... I believe it should be 40-42mm. I expected something smaller since the chronomat 01 has even been rereleased in a smaller version (41mm).

are unfortunately releasing watches I like but in 46mm sizes!! Annoying. The Navi World I like - 46mm, the new Navi 1461 is great - 46mm and now this!! My JLC EWC is 46mm and probably thicker than this as well, but the fact is that it looks rugged and spo... 

I still wonder why brands are so madly in love with big cases... Is it them, or us, who are not in connection with reality? Best Nicolas

I always assumed that manufacturers had a target audience in mind when they released a new watch. Reading watch press, I always got the general impressions that the US market was more geared up for big case watches than any other so I guess this must be w... 

According to some brands, there are some minimal sizes under which a watch will not sell, depending on the countries. BUT I didn't ask if there was a maximum size. I will, next time I meet these brands. But no doubt that they know what they are doing, and... 

I'm usually not too bother by the date window but it this model i'm because it eats into the earth sphere. I much prefer it without the earth motif. And yes the size makes it very unproportional to wear. Regards Tyler
