Great news for Doxa fans in Japan, it's now possible to check some of them in the metal in Tokyo at Hankyu mens' basement in Yurakucho and Osaka. Without further ado, I tried a few models. Sub300 professional. I sold my black lung and wouldn't mind adding...

it's a very versatile watch
Completely disappears on the wrist, goes under cuffs, the mix of domed sapphire and sunbrushed silver dial is a real treat, it's really hard to beat especially on shark mesh.

The 300B is a really attractive watch
It looks thoroughly modern while looking unmistakably Doxa which is a rare feat. My only gripe is that the minute timing marks on the bezel are often too dark to be visible which is a problem for me as I use the bezel feature a lot.
