It’s certainly better than the usual excuse we get: “I slipped in the bathroom and fell on it … honestly, Doc, that’s the truth”
This watch was ingested and became impacted at the end of the small bowel leading to obstruction. Ingested foreign bodies are more common in children, but the usual direction things get into the bowel in adults is the other way. You can use your imagination as to why.
