Or the last one like " this is the ugliest Watch I will never get "?
From your post, I guess that it is the final one.
In this case, this is a tough question... Really tough. I thought about what I would do if I sold 90% of my collection and build a " magnificient ten " collection.
I think I would go for three pièces: JLC Gyro One, Duometre QL Enamel Dial, Duometre à Chronograph WG Black Dial.
But two issues: Which watches would I consider to let go??? That is like selling my kidneys.
I also have another short list of watches, such as the Patek 5100G, a VC Sputnik ( let's dream! ), a GP Tourbillon with GB, or ,to avoid another Tourbillon since I want the JLC Gyrotourbillon One, a Constant Escapement, an Ulysse Nardin Erotica in Platinum...
I have also a short list of Vintage pièces: A VC Chronograph with a sector dial, a Patek 3417, an Omega / Lemania / Tissot 33.3, a few Longines, such as a big ( 37 mm ) Chronometer, and a 13 ZN with mushroon pushers, The Big Eleven, too, a few Fifty Fathoms, such as the Air Command, the US Navy, and a Milspec RI, along with the No Rad Bund and the Barakuda, a few Tudors such as the 7922, the 94010 MN, the 7032, a few Rolexes, such as the 1019, a 1675 Underline, a 1675 Military ( FAP or UEA )...
Well, as you can see, I am a poor player at this game.
Best,
Nicolas.
