This shop had an Oval Santos, exactly the same as yours, for sale about three years ago.
He might be able to tell you more as there was a description, I remember.

Could be
a 1973 Santos. They came in steel and gold as well as just gold. Also in round and square case shapes. But usually with metal bracelets. Wasn't there a re-issue in the late 1980s? Regards, MTF
I've looked through
a couple of my reference Cartier books and have no conclusively id. I assume the photo is not skewed and this is an ellipse shape? I still have a few more tomes to check.....do I get paid by the hour? MTF
