They literally sent me an e-mail this morning saying....
That after weeks of observation by the entire team, they decided to change out the movement entirely for a new one. Frankly, it's the only logical decision they could have made given the amount of time elapsed, and I am thankful that will ultimately be the case. I expect them to send it to me next week.

It was a 2018 limited edition of 38 for the VC Zurich boutique at 38 Bahnhof Strasse.
There’s a time and date version as well.

It’s one of my most accurate watches, seemingly varying less than a second a day. Impressive for a 25 year old watch with a Valjoux 7750 base (albeit recently serviced in Schaffhausen). All the best, Jon
I could say the same of my older Panerai and others 7750s, that keep excellent accuracy, even after 20 years without a service…
I cannot say that of several so called Manufacturing Calibers of various brands…
