Totally agree. At 28 K euros why not, but at 39500 it is really crazy. Omega does the same with some of their watches, by the way.

The reissue is very good but the original has something special about it.
The original is a great historical watch, while the re-edition is a gold standard for re-editions
The differences between the original and re-edition are subtle. Buying re-edition is like being able to hop in a time machine and buy the original in brand new condition, ready for everyday wear. Of course I had to notice that number of sub-ticks does not...
