It is a NOS Phenix movement nicely reworked and the watch has been designed in many many fun discussions with a German watch forum. I really look forward to the watch. It is also nice that the 47mm case is almost completely filled with the 40+mm movement.

Massive RM case and EXTREMELY thick. But the way how the watch case is designed, this monster watch not only is extremely comfortable on the wrist but also wears great on small wrists IMO. My vote for largest watch which wears the smallest goes to the RM1...

I sold it this Roger Dubuis Much More XXL Bi-retrograde Calendar years ago but I remember it wearing HUGE, even more so than the RM11 IMO. I believe the measurements are 35mm x 47mm. Cheers, Anthony (pic by the seller when i purchased it)...

But the 50 mm +++ worries me a bit... Yes, the Cali with its 47 mm is the biggest watch I own. It is a decent maximum for my wrist. As to wear it at the Court, I wouldn't. not that I fear what the Judge thinks about my watch, but for the poor guy I defend...

the biggest i have now is 47mm, but i've had up to 55mm in the past
my 47mm Azimuth SP1 Spaceship. it wears very well for this size and is far more comfortable then my 46mm Bell & Ross i used to own. this is the biggest i've ever owned, a 55mm Laco Luftwaffe Flieger from 1939. not really a watch you wan wear on the wrist ...
surprisingly the Azimuth is easy to wear and feels smaller than most of my 44mm's
its due to the dome shape of the case so it tapers to the edges. G
