Yours is a wonderful example and one of the more complicated examples Martin Braun made back in the day ! - when did you acquire yours ?
Here’s a pic of one of my ( simpler ) one ! - bought in 2010 about the time the brand went under I guess . Unfortunately they didn’t survive the GFC .

It’s the shadow disk that moves ! You’re absolutely right that sunrise /sunset time on the MB was one of the rarest complications, there are plenty of watches with Equation of time , but none apart from MB that I heard with sunrise / sunset
