Besides the fact that I suspect having bought a watch with a refinished dial, I have sold a few others with them, it took them 40 days instead of 20 to make the payment due to an internal mistake that they acknowledge at the end. One watch was not sold so I called it back, the watch came without the papers which, surprisingly, were left in Hamburg -but the auctions happen in Berlin?
Also, the pictures they use for their auctions are terrible, they even left visible fingerprints in a couple of watches!
Oh, almost forgot the best, they offered on the same auction an identical watch to mine (PP 5205G), at lower price as came without box.
I have no words to express how deeply disappointed I am with their service and can only advise everyone to stay away from them.

that I had a similar experience with Antiquorum,,,,no apology letter,,,,just a very quick refund. That was fine by me,,,no complaints. They did what was I asked very quickly and without question. Antony
