Your post raises a good question that may deserve a thread on its own sometime
Should you keep a watch in the collection that you never wear? I go back-and-forth on this one. I have 16 pieces in the collection and five of them get 95% of my wrist time. So what about the other eleven? Well, they do give me pleasure from the tactile experience of winding them, inspecting them and just enjoying them in my watch box. But I do think sometimes I could move them out for pieces that might compete better for wrist time. But then I pick them up and start playing with them and fall in love all over again (but still do not have the desire to actually strap them on my wrist). It's an interesting one for me.....
