Zenith 146 HP
I never seen any confirmation about military background of this model. E.g. no any markings on the caseback. So, it could be rumors. Btw, if you compare military watches from that era you''l find Arabic numerals which are quite useful in a cockpit (I could confirm this when I fly with my B817, H1550SG or even with Lemania 817), but that Zenith 146 HP have lume dots only. But if you have more info about Z146HP please let me know!

Breitling made some, for the italian army ( E.I: esercito Italiano ) but not Cairelli, though. The Ref 817 from Breitling is closer to the Heuer Bund, in the design.

Would love to get one someday. Probably top of my list for Breitling watches to get. There was also a Zenith non-Cairelli for the helicopter pilots that I posted some months ago - also quite interesting (146 movement).
