I wish the arrow on the hour ring...
indicated minutes. It would be easier to read the exact minute. Still, a very beautiful and unique piece.
They should use Purists as a focus group before finalizing designs (present prototypes first). There are too many watches that I almost love. From reading comments, I can tell that other Purists feel the same way. For example, the new vacheron constantin overseas blue dial just fell short (I have to get it off my chest). The white date box and placement kills me. Personally, I think the watch would look less busy and clean without a date. Back to Hublot...the placement of the date box on the Hublot Big Bang Unico and the protruding crown (guaranteed to dig into your skin) take a little away from the otherwise amazing design.

As you can see there is an inner ring which shows the seconds and the outer one that has the hours. Once you get used to it is straight forward. Cheers Andrew
