You are right, the finish of the movement (except the wheels which are not chamfered) is outstanding and beats all the brands in the same price league. The only "sad" thing is that the watches do not offer anything new or fresh and that the cases don't show the same quality as the movement does. The overall design has been seen at least a thousand times, especially within affordable German brands like Jacques Etoile, Stowa, even Dornblüth or Habring (ok, the latter is Austrian)... Isn't there any new "French touch" to find here and make these watches unique? I think to survive nowadays you need an own design, something which sets you apart (Dufour is the only exception as his design is very "neutral" too but he was one of the very first independent).
