i prefer the classic LF too...goes well with the personality of LF himself too

While I understand that it’s a “Sports “ watch , I can’t get over the fact that it has a Tourbillon movement... The case is nice , with some mixed lines (Piaget, Journe Octa ), the movement has a lot going for it but not paired with a watch on rubber stra...

My take is that they are trying to make a big hit luxury sport watch “a la” Gerald Genta. The case has some resemblance to the Nautilus from the back side. Since I like a lot the Nautilus/Royal Oak/Overseas, I tend to like it. Thanks for sharing. René ...

With the Galet Square. Laurent Ferrier has already shown the ability to run out sporty dial variants with successful results. This is a step back. This Grand Sport case feels less distinct than other Laurent Ferrier cases, borrowing elements from the case... 

But I think i'm at the point where analytically i'm against 1972 and onward "sports lux" (heretical i know) While rolex are sports lux in an objective, broader sense, they at least pay homage to real sports watches and they still deliver the (most) robust...

we're not allowed to discuss or debate on discounts, valuation of watch etc... we can share already 'known' retail price in general - shouldn't be a wrong thing unless the intent is to trigger unwarranted comparisons. as i say, this is my interpretation -... 

Not sure if tourbillon is the best fit for a sports watch, especially one that’s designed to celebrate a racing history. The vibration in a race car, even if just driven leisurely, can’t be good for this delicate tourbillon. The orange lume (faux patina?)... 

we've ''classique'' image in our mind when we hear the name LF !
